民俗體育-撥拉棒社

<撥拉棒介紹>

撥拉棒是結合心手合一，練習高度專注及促進左右腦思考的新興民俗體育運動，藉由3根棍棒做出一系列華麗的動作，精彩呈現民俗體育撥拉棒的藝術之美，是一種強化手腦並用及提高專注力的訓練，配合音樂、花式技巧及隊形編排，是一種新興的民俗體育表演。今年本校學生參加教育部體育署舉辦民俗體育競賽皆獲全國團體組及個人優等，感謝周明賢老師的指導。
