一、關愛家庭中雕琢璞玉： 出生於台南佳里鎮公務人員家庭，父母以無限關愛，培養我懂得感恩、惜福、自在與喜樂。父母的關愛教育奠定我重要的教育觀。
二、熱愛教學現渾金璞玉： 教育是人性化的希望工程，我非常熱愛教學。「教育之道無他，惟愛與榜樣」，是我從事教學工作的座右銘，擔任導師期間，秉持著『傳遞關愛教育，成就每個孩子。』的理念，以愛心和身教引導學生，師生一起學習與成長，其樂融融。
三、皓月千里展行政利他： 曾輔導多位老師家長皆已放棄的中輟或中輟之虞的學生，堅持不放棄每個孩子，另帶領教務團隊引領教師進行創新教學，並落實溫馨友善校園工作，營造美學空間境教場域，見證所付出的優質學校。
四、受人點滴思湧泉報： 感謝生命中的許多貴人，一路上提攜與照顧，帶著我學習和成長，衷心的祝福這些生命中陪我成長的貴人，祈願自己盡所能回饋杏壇，培育國家有用之才。
